- Messaging data: the content of messages exchanged through the in-app inbox, including timestamps and read receipts.
- Tasker application data: work history, certifications, identification documents, background-check results (where lawful), and references.
- Device & usage data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and interaction events.
- Location data: approximate location derived from IP address, and precise location only where you explicitly provide a service address or grant permission.
- Communications: records of your interactions with our support team, including emails and call notes.

- Create and manage your account and authenticate sign-ins.
- Match customers with taskers and process bookings end-to-end.
- Process payments, refunds, and tasker payouts.
